Give a Day to CA

The mission of Concordia Academy is to give. Every day we give hope, 
truth, and the life-giving Word of Christ to our students. These gifts change lives! Students who knew little to nothing about Jesus are often surprised to find themselves inexplicably drawn toward this man. Students for whom “Christian” was just a box that they checked find themselves actually wanting to follow Jesus and allow him to be the center of their lives. Others who come to CA hurt, confused, or ensnared by the lies of the world are amazed at the freedom, joy, and power in the promises of Jesus. Every day, this is what CA gives to hundreds of students. 

But we want to give more. And to give more, we need you to Give a Day to CA. We are asking you, along with other individuals, families, and business owners, to donate one day of your annual income to CA. 

The money you give will be used in two ways. The first way is to fund more student scholarships. While we have an endowment specifically for financial aid, this does not generate enough funds to meet the needs of all who want to attend CA. Your gift will literally allow more students to attend this school. Your gift will also be used for capital improvements to enhance our ministry. Our current needs include new bleachers for our packed gym, new lab equipment, enhanced security doors, and some much-needed aesthetic upgrades. 

When you Give a Day to CA, you will receive special recognition on our website and publications (unless you opt out). In addition, you will receive an exclusive year-end newsletter sharing how your gift was used and providing you with insights into CA’s future plans for ministry. 

You give to our students when you Give a Day to CA. But even more, you give an incredible gift to the next generation! God is preparing our students to reach their generation. He is preparing them to give hope, truth, and the life-giving Word of Christ to their peers who so desperately need it. He is, in fact, preparing Beacons: young people who naturally and thoughtfully shine the light of Christ in their colleges, workplaces, and future families. The blessings you give to our students will be exponentially shared with the next generation: One Day for a Generation.
