Enrollment Steps

For current families

  1. Current families typically re-enroll in February for the upcoming school year. If you’re a returning family at Concordia Academy, you’ll receive an email to re-enroll through TADS (Our Tuition & Billing Management System) for the following school year.
  2. Once you have gone through the enrollment steps within TADS, you may confirm your status online using your TADS account or email admissions@concordiaacademy.com.
  3. We’re excited that you’re a part of our Concordia family!

For new families

  1. New families can start their application online via TADS. Click the upcoming school year you wish to apply for, and this will lead you to a button to create an account or log in.
  2. After following the application steps within TADS, we require a Letter of Recommendation from a current teacher or principal at your previous school. We’ve made this process easier with an online recommendation form you can preview here. The teacher or principal can submit the form directly to Concordia Academy.
  3. Submit your unofficial transcript or report card through our online form.
  4. Parents will also have to fill out the New Student Information form as one tool to help us better get to know your student. Note that the information provided in this form will be kept confidential.
  5. Once all the forms are submitted, the student and their family will be notified of next steps, which often include a new family  interview with the School Principal, testing, and course registration.
  6. You will receive a confirmation of your enrollment via TADS.
  7. We’re looking forward to having you as part of our Concordia family!
