Tuition at Concordia Academy for grades 9-12 for the 2026-2027 school year is $15,140 per year, not including registration and athletic fees. Association Congregation students receive a $700 credit toward tuition. What does tuition include?

What additional fees are not included in tuition?
Additional fees beyond tuition include:
- Athletic fees: $200 per sport, capped at $400 per athlete per year. Fees cover operating costs and may vary for co-op sports where we are not the host school. These are paid during sport registration.
- Co-curricular fees: Charges for activities such as theatre cast fees ($150), banquet tickets, and apparel.
- Parking permits: $20 per semester for student parking.
- Lunch: $6 per meal, paid via a prepaid account.
- Family service hours: Families contribute 10 service hours or pay a fee if opting out.

Does the school offer scholarships?
Concordia Academy offers a variety of scholarships to support families. Some options include:
- Leadership In Action Scholarship ($2,000) for new freshmen with strong leadership and a GPA of 3.2 or higher.
- Beacon Merit Award ($1,000) for new freshmen with a GPA of 3.5 or higher and well-rounded involvement.
- International Student Award of Excellence ($500/year) based on academic performance, no application needed.
- Several other scholarships honor academic success, community involvement, or family alumni status.

What tuition payment plans are available for families?
Families have flexible tuition payment options designed to fit their budgets. Through our Tuition & Billing Management System, TADS, you can choose from four payment plans:
- One-Time Payment: Pay tuition in full by July 15, 2026, and receive a 2% discount on the tuition portion ($303 for non-association congregation students and $289 for association congregation students). Note that the discount does not apply if paying by credit card or for international tuition.
- Semi-Annual Payment: Pay half of the tuition in August 2026 and the remaining half in January 2027.
- 12 Monthly Payments: Spread tuition payments evenly from June 2026 through May 2027 via automatic withdrawal.
- 10 Monthly Payments: Spread tuition payments evenly from August 2026 through May 2027 via automatic withdrawal.
For multi-student households, all students are linked to a single TADS account for easier management. Additionally, we offer financial aid, scholarships, and fundraising programs to help make tuition more affordable.
