Gala Sponsorships

We are thrilled to announce an opportunity for you to be involved in our growing Beacon community at Concordia Academy by taking on an important role in supporting our amazing students. These are the students who may be volunteering alongside you, staffing your businesses, or worshiping at church with you. Your sponsorship is one way to invest in the next generation so that they can build a stronger community that reflects the kindness, generosity, determination, and problem-solving abilities that we desperately need. 

Our Spring Gala will be held on Saturday, April 12, 2025, and proceeds will support student scholarships at Concordia Academy. Will you consider being a corporate sponsor for our biggest fundraising event of the year? 

• Your business/organization will be highlighted in several visual acknowledgments during our event. We strongly encourage our supporters to patronize our supporters.
• Your logo will be included in our communications to our donor and alumni base of over 5,000 people in our community.

Program Sponsor: $10,000 (Maximum of One Program Sponsor)  

• You will receive premier recognition throughout the program and beyond.
• Your business logo will be displayed during our event.
• Your business will receive verbal acknowledgment during the fundraiser.
• Your logo/business name will be included on our Gala website and in event promotional materials. 
• You will receive two complimentary tables, including reservations for 16 people and prime event seating.

Dinner Sponsor: $5,000

• Your logo/business name will be displayed with other Dinner Sponsors (limit of two names per slide).
• Your business will receive verbal acknowledgment during the fundraiser.
• Your logo/business name will be included on our Gala website and in event promotional materials. 
• You will receive one complimentary table, including reservations for eight people and prime event seating.

Entertainment Sponsor: $2,500

• Your logo/business name will be displayed with other Entertainment Sponsors (limit of four names per slide).
• Your business will receive verbal acknowledgment during the fundraiser.
• Your logo/business name will be included on our Gala website and in event promotional materials. 
• You will receive one complimentary table, including reservations for eight people and prime event seating.

Beverage Sponsor: $2,500

• Your logo/business name will be displayed with other Beverage Sponsors (limit of four names per slide).
• Your business will receive verbal acknowledgment during the fundraiser.
• Your logo/business name will be included on our Gala website and in event promotional materials. 
• You will receive one complimentary table, including reservations for eight people and prime event seating.

Staff Sponsor: $1,000

• Your logo/business name will be displayed with other Staff Sponsors (limit of six names per slide).
• Your business will receive verbal acknowledgment during the fundraiser.
• Your logo/business name will be included on our Gala website and in event promotional materials. 
• You will receive one complimentary table, including reservations for eight people and prime event seating.

Sponsorship payments must be received no later than February 28, 2025, to ensure that your logo can be included on the website and in other marketing materials for this event.

Vector art or high-resolution PNG files with transparent backgrounds are preferred. Graphics must be received by April 4, 2025, to be included in on-screen materials at the event.
