Lead Me
Watercolor by Ava Barnett

“Lead Me,” a series of watercolor paintings inspired by Acts 8:26-40, captures the glory that is revealed when you allow the Holy Spirit to lead you. Ava has not only focused on putting intentional detail and watercolor technique into her paintings, but she has also done extensive research on the passages and the historical context in order to accurately portray this Bible story. She hopes this work will help inspire others to let the Lord lead them.
Vincemus Amore Dei
Music composition by Pascal Carr

“Vincemus Amore Dei” is an exploration of the gift of music that God has given us and how it can be shaped and molded to give honor back to Him through Scripture. Pascal’s music compositions will be on display. One of them, the choral piece “Vincemus Amore Dei,” is an a cappella translation of passages from Romans 8, inspired by traditional church music with large, drawn-out chords to evoke an ethereal yet powerful feeling.
The Story of Seasons
Digital Art & Watercolor by Zoe Holm

“The Story of Seasons” is a vibrant celebration of characters and art inspired by the ever-changing beauty of nature. With four stunning portraits, each reflecting the essence of a unique flower that blooms in every season, and four harmonious landscapes that echo the spirit of the time, “The Story of Seasons” weaves together the magic of storytelling with the enchanting art of nature’s transformations.
Act One
Metatextual Comics by Lexi Shaffer

“Act One” features the beginnings of Lexi’s metatextual comics and includes an invitation for attendees to follow these comics in the future. Viewers of “Act One” will have the opportunity help guide the interactive story of a hero trying to save a princess, and they can join the adventures of a damsel trying to escape the pages of the story that demeans her.
Fossils
Mixed Media by Trinity Tacheny

“Fossils” is a diverse mixed-media exhibit exploring the dichotomy between substance and empty memories. Because of sin, we are merely memories of who we were created to be, and through life, as we walk with Christ, He begins to restore our substance, giving a glimpse of heaven where we will be fully restored. “Fossils” showcases the reality that, apart from God, we are in chaos, and leaves us with hope that to love and embrace God fully is to become fully real.
