Dean of Students and Campus Safety

The Dean of Students and Campus Safety is a key member of the school leadership team who helps foster a safe, supportive, Christ-centered environment where students are known, valued, challenged, and encouraged to grow. The Dean provides leadership for student life, school culture, discipline, attendance, student support, campus safety, and daily student supervision and operations. Working closely with administrators, faculty, staff, counselors, Campus Pastor, coaches, students, and families, the Dean promotes Christian character, belonging, accountability, safety, and respect. The ideal candidate is a visible, approachable, and Christ-centered leader who balances high expectations with grace, compassion with accountability, and consistency with sound judgment.
