Prom Agreement 2026

CA students and guests, please take some time to review the Prom Behavior and Dress requirements. Guest students and their parents are encouraged to review the Concordia Academy Student/Parent Handbook for behavior and community guidelines. This contract indicates that the CA student accepts responsibility for the actions of his/her guest. The contract must be completed by the guest and their parents, while including contact information for both the CA student and home school administration. Forms must be complete by April 17, 2026, to ensure guest’s school administrator approval can be obtained. This omits the need for administrative signatures on behalf of the school. For any questions regarding Prom, you may reach out to the Dean of Students, Katie DeWitt ([email protected]). **Any student who fails to adhere to these guidelines will not be admitted to Prom.**

Prom Guests

CA students and guests, please take some time to review the Prom Behavior and Dress requirements. Concordia Academy Junior and Senior students are allowed to bring a guest to Prom. A guest is considered to be a Junior or Senior from outside our Concordia Community, as well as Concordia Academy Sophomores who are in good standing at CA. If further clarification is needed about our guest policy, please email Dean of Students, Katie DeWitt – [email protected]. Guest students and their parents are encouraged to review the Concordia Academy Student/Parent Handbook for behavior and community guidelines. Men's Dress Code Guidelines(Required)

This is a Formal event, the following guidelines are meant to help inform decisions regarding attire. (check all boxes to indicate you have read)

Pants should have no rips, tears, or holes.

Pants must be worn securely around the waist.

Jeans, cargo pants, or shorts are discouraged.

Tuxedos and formal suits are encouraged.

Women's Dress Code Guidelines(Required)

This is a Formal event, the following guidelines are meant to help inform decisions regarding attire. (check all boxes to indicate you have read)

Sheer, see-through and translucent materials are not acceptable for the main part of the dress.

Backline of the dress must start at least 5 inch above the buttocks.

Open sides of dresses are not allowed; it must be a full side and back.

Any slits in the dress must not be higher than fingertip length.

Dresses are to be fingertip length sitting & standing.

Little to no cleavage or bust may be exposed at any time.

Full coverage undergarments must be worn under all dresses.

Dress Photo submission guidelines

All dresses must be approved prior to ticket purchase. Photo submission options: Submit to the private, student run, Instagram account; email Ms. DeWitt ([email protected]) and/or Mrs. Sell ([email protected]); get your dressed approved in person by Mrs. Sell or Ms. DeWitt. Photo Submission Guidelines: Links on models may be used for submission, front and back of dress should be shown.

All school rules and regulations are enforced at all school events, including but not limited to community values, dress code, and substance policies.
