The prayer of Concordia Academy is that our students’ love may abound more and more in knowledge and depth of insight, that they may be able to discern what is best and may be able to be pure and blameless until the day of Christ, filled with the fruit of righteousness that comes through Jesus — to the glory and praise of God. (Philippians 1:9-11)
Jesus calls people into his family, and this family of faith is why Concordia Academy exists. Being brothers and sisters in Christ informs and transforms everything that happens in the classroom, in hallways, on athletic fields, and beyond the school day. In all things and at all times we are to love one another, protect one another, celebrate the unique gifts of each other, and seek to bring out the best in each other.
CA, like any family, is not perfect, but our students are incredibly kind and loving to each other, our teachers’ sincere love of their students is evident to all, and the administration works closely with parents in real partnership.
While faith weaves its way through every facet of life at CA, it’s especially evident in vibrant chapel services held on Mondays and Thursdays, daily theology classes, our Vision4Life service week, classroom devotions, bible studies, and Family Life Groups.
